Do you need to cook these in the morning? If so. How long?

Hi, no you just put them in the refrigerator overnight or even two days. Make sure to mix the container with the ingredients before putting them in the refrigerator the liquid absorbs into the oats no cooking necessary. 💕👩🏻🍳

It looks to me like about a half cup of overnight oats when ready to be eaten (and I’m being generous in my description). That is supposed to be a filling breakfast? No offense but that amount looks more like a snack, so I’m confused 🫤
