Pumpkin training level 4: surgical removal of bicep and pronation tissue in the left arm to stimulate the body’s growth of said tissue. As it heals of the left there will be excess that goes to the right. Option 2 would be to remove some of the short head and long head bicep on the left and try attaching it on the right.

As a physical therapist, my first thoughts about the lv3 issues with imbalance are in alignment with what you suspect is happening. I'd be curious how your body would respond to including some core stabilization work and some scapular stabilization work on each arm. No significant resistance work on the left, but closed chain scapular stabilization to address any cervical or thoracic dysfunction. Anyways, keep killin it buddy I'm a big fan.

Good luck Devon! I see some other comments talking about muscular imbalances. Having had my own issues with this, you have a lifetime of exercise, but even so, imagine one of those skeletons you'd see in a science classroom. The muscles are just bungie cords. If you tension one side, there will be an imbalance, it's almost a matter of physics and numbers that it will happen. Just as if you had two bungies cords with a block in the middle, if you tighten one side, the block will move to that side too. You can probably sustain it for a long time given your level of physical fitness, but over time, it will pull everything out of alignment to your right side, probably starting with your neck and upper back. I would really consider keeping a core workout for your upper and lower back. Even if you don't use the left hand, you probably want to keep everything that stabilizes your spine and core really strong to minimize how much your ride side is going to be pulling. I didn't have the benefit of learning about fitness growing up and I got totally screwed when this happened to me. I managed to fix most of my problems by realizing the imbalance and using lifting and weights to strength both sides evenly and allow them to pull my body back in to alignment. You are starting from a solid base, so you can probably sustain this level of imbalance for awhile, but it will almost certainly come back to bite you depending on how strong the imbalance is and how long you let it go for. I would retain some workouts for the left side of your upper body. But even the muscles running down your right side are going to get stronger, pull on your right leg, pull your right hip up while your left sinks down, and you will eventually be at risk for nerve pain and a bunch of stuff when your hips become uneven. Sorry for the long comment but not realizing this fucked my life completely! Hope you decide to integrate some stabilization on both sides. Ignore the arm if you want, but try to keep your spine straight. As you say, arm wrestling is a whole body sport, it will probably keep your performance up too. I don't have a specific interest in arm wrestling but I came to your channel because you're an inspiring guy and seeing your motivation is great.

I have been following and listening closely to Devon for 4+yrs. I find him to be a fountain of knowledge, someone I consider to be highly intelligent and observant. His awareness of everything around makes him a dangerous opponent. Anyway I follow and listen to his ideas about fitness and exercise. I feel we think a lot alike and analyze things in a certain way. One of these ways, is to experiment outside the norm. I have been into fitness and strength my entire life as well, I have played all different sports and done all different levels of physical fitness training. I am also much like Devon in the aspect of endurance and stamina. I have always been above my peers, and well most ppl I have ever met, in endurance and stamina. In all my years and experience I have always been Right side dominant. In fact, so Right side dominant that over the years I have basically been training my right side more then my left. I believe this imbalance has lead to back pain and discomfort. I am super interested in this theory tho, however ib elieve it to be possibly hurtful in the long run. please be careful, as I think it is truly better to stay balanced... as all thingss in life, balance. Love you tho Devon! Keep getting massive!💪

I first started practicing after I got inspired by you :D I was dumb and didnt care about safety and wanted to do anything to get a workout in. And there was a spring exercising equipment(not intended for exercising armwrestling) laying around collecting dust. I took that and went to pull it and boom my right got severely injured. My right was messed up real bad, I couldnt straighten it for like 5 days. It was locked in bent position. After those 5 days, my right hand changed it s muscle composition. It has a significant change in its shape. And I could feel my right increase in strenght like never before. And after practicing for some time, my right was strong. And a noticeable muscle imbalance is seen. And another weird thing happened was after I injured my ulna severely by trying to lift heavy, I rested for like a month. Then after that I could lift heavy without bone pain, I had bone pain lifting cuz Im 16 my bones are thin. But after sustaining some more pressure on my right hand, the bones have grown stronger.
