I think for a wrestler going into boxing this skill is vital for their success. Keeps a great stance and creates great distance control.

Don't know if you'll see this, but do you ever incorporate kicking into your shadowboxing? Is adding kicks to a shadowboxing workout something you would recommend?

Has anyone ever checked out Marvin cook videos Olympic boxer,he’s very good at teaching punching and moving same time, and he says should always jab move off to side then cross, that would stop that over reach leaving yourself exposed on counter,

Vitor Belfort vs Wanderlei Silva, that´s how you go forward while punching, that fight was the first MMA fight I watched in my whole life, and the one that got me into MMA a long back ago. Well… that wasn´t a fight, that was a beating, lol, 19-20 yrs old Belfort used to be such an explossive brawler, he used to enter to that cage and dominate everyone with his 1-2 going forward explosion.
