Punchout Drill with a Car Tyre in Boxing Training

This is a great drill i came up with after my first video using "Car Tyres in Boxing Training" i put it in many of my circuits. see how long you can hold up a tyre at 45 degrees without stopping.

Your hand gloves will be useless after some days because tyre is stronger than gloves
