For Q2, 6:20 , your answer is buyer should always buy on basis of the infra - road/water is currently present, But, the prices of such properties are insanely high!!!!,, compared to properties for which nearby infra - road/water is in the DP plan and there is a hope of its completion in coming future.

सर..आपल्या मार्गदर्शना बद्दल धन्यवाद सध्या प्रस्तावित असलेल्या पुणे रिंग रोड मधे 80 टक्के बांधकाम झालेली बिल्डिंग आहे (MSRDC ने बांधकामावर स्टे दिलाय) बांधकामासाठी सगळ्या परवानगीमिळाल्या होत्या आणि आता स्टे आला म्हणून बिल्डर हाय कोर्टात गेलाय काम अपूर्ण असल्याने आजून ताबा मिळालेला नाही /सोसायटी नाही /सातबारा नावावर नाही त्या बिल्डिंग मधे मी flat बुक केला असून त्याचे सगळे पेमेंट सुध्दा केलेले आहे सदर बिल्डिंग पाडून रिंग रोड झाल्यास अश्या परस्थितीत मला flat धारक म्हणून मोबदला किती मिळेल आणि तसा शासन निर्णय किंवा G R काही आहे का

Sir when making the video on maan mahalunge township , please tell us where are these big township getting their drinking water from and where will the raw sewage go. As far as I know there is no municipality drainage system or water tank there. The river next to these township is full of water hyacinth of late. It was so clean 3 years back.
