I think this is an interesting detail... Thor and Stark continued to call Hulk "Banner" and sometimes end up getting clobbered. Steve Rogers calls him "Hulk" and tells him to smash - respecting his identity and talents. Loki is lucky he didn't get his head popped off like a Barbie doll.
