hey man, my pupgis wont show up in my windows as a usb recording device

Did it make the USB connection sound? Maybe try restarting your computer, or try a different USB port?

Hey man. Can you help me out? Im trying to monitor not through the pupgsis, but right from my studio software. Not sure how to do that

@ im using mixcraft but i just figured it out. The first one they sent me the interface was broken. Anytime you plugged something into the back or the ports are you would have to apply pressure for it to work. So I sent it back. Just got my new one. Seems to work pretty good. Can’t complain about it. I don’t know if you’ve ever checked it out but a good duo by is the ATT 2020 mic with this pupgsis. Cheap and sounds good.

I’ve just purchased the same mixer. I am really struggling with the software. 😢I could really use the help. Especially setting up my custom buttons

This mixer doesn't use any software. You just need to select it as the input in whatever program you're using. For the custom buttons you just hold down the button you want to set, then record the sound.
