Actually this zelda game was released in 2003. Take my word for it I've been playing endless hours of Zelda since I was 5 years old. And I'm now 17. :) good video man. Also use the deku leaf to blow those bats away.

Ganon in his Puppet form in the first phase of the battle isn’t too bad, all you gotta do is focus on chopping his strings down with the Boomerang and make sure your aim is good with the light arrow to shoot the orb on his tail. The Spider phase is super easy, just watch his reflection in the ground to see where his back side is gonna land. Roll away, avoid getting crushed, and you pretty much get a free hit every time. Snake Ganon however, is literally LIVING HELL ON EARTH!!! Before watching this video I had no idea you can make him stop moving by hitting him in the face with the Skull Hammer. Still in no way makes the battle any easier because of how fast he moves.
