Hello sir. This is a truly informative video. I just want to ask you one thing. I ordered shilajit from a very trusted and verified source. It has passed all the tests which you’ve mentioned in the video. But there’s one problem. The shilajit which I have is in sock solid form(small to medium sized rocks which are easily breakable with hands). It isn’t in a semi liquid or slimy state. Is that alright or is there some issue? This will have to be decided by your ayurvedic doctor, since both one has a stimulant effect & one has a calming effect. I would not be very confident in buying a shilajit which costs only 100/- especially when we know how difficult it is to source pure shilajit & the fact that shilajit has to undergo shodhana (purification) process to remove heavy metals & toxins (which means it is almost impossible to give pure shilajit at such a low cost).
