This will have to be decided by your ayurvedic doctor, since both one has a stimulant effect & one has a calming effect. I would not be very confident in buying a shilajit which costs only 100/- especially when we know how difficult it is to source pure shilajit & the fact that shilajit has to undergo shodhana (purification) process to remove heavy metals & toxins (which means it is almost impossible to give pure shilajit at such a low cost).

Hi Abhijit, Yesterday I have received my Himalayan Shilajit order which was in liquid form instead of solid. I thought due to excessive hot weather it happened so I kept it in refrigerator (in fridge section not in freezer section at 2°c). The product is still in liquid form it's been a day.
