Thank you sir for such an unbiased discussion about the benefits of Shilajeet( Salajeet) for improving human health. I used it for two years to treat chronic backaches and found it highly useful. My wife used Shilajeet for Arthritis and was able to avoid knee replacement. And of course Shilajeet definitely help in improving one’s overall health.
