I have been making this paneer past 1 year. It's a great replacement for dairy paneer. It can be replaced for any dairy paneer subji. Tastes really good just a bit softer... still a great great replacement. Thanks for posting here.

Grt video but mam I did fail in making this paneer from peanuts. I choose organic peanut same measure and procedure but even after adding 10 lime juiced the milk didn't curled at all ..then I continued to boiled it further ...but the milk nevercurdled

Same procedure can be done with soy which gives Tofu (traditional dish of China, Japan, Korea etc) or even with chickpeas

Why make tofu when its easily available in market where as peanut paneer or yogurt are not. Also, soy is not good for some people like me(estrogen positive cancer survivor). I prefer peanut yogurt than tofu

tried roasted skinned peanuts then raw skinned peanuts and then raw skinned peanuts later skin removed after soaking but all three didn't work. I'll try to soak unskinned raw peanut last time :-)

In our Lifestyle we always suggests to use structured water. It doesnt mean that we cant prepare with normal water. We can use any water. *Structured water* *By immercing a copper plate (measurement 4" x 12") into mud or steel pot (with full water filled) for 7 hours or full night, we can prepare structured water. We can use this water for drinking and cooking. Copper plate helps in removing plastic nano particles and other impurities from water.* *NOTE:* *We need to clean the copper plate daily with tarmarind or lemon and salt.*

Let the peanuts soak in water for 4,5 days in the fridge. Replace the water once a day. The taste of peanuts is almost gone, not bitter anymore
