Thanks a lot sir. It has many references in the ancient Tamil literatures. It is called as "Thinai" in Tamil. Even today, it is the Prasad of Lord Murugan at PALANI temple. The Prasad is "Thinai mavu" - flour mixed with Jaggery powder. Thanks again sir.

Myself and my husband started eating these millets and stopped eating rice,wheat ,milk and sugar since we met him at Andhra Association, Kolkata recently in April. We have lost 3 kgs in 18 days apart from doing our regular exercise. 👍Ty sir. 🙏.
