@@chriscarbaugh3936 Portugal, you can do that here, but if the cops catch you, you'll be have to pay a 250€ ticket and be forced to go to a inspection centre, tecnically you can make it legal but the burocracy is so much around here that most people give up. Portugal is one of the wrost countries to modify a car to the way you like, that's my E30 is stock to this day.
