10:07 Take extra caution to cars when cycling in Turkey. Unfortunately, the majority of us drive like we own the roads. Have a nice journey!

No, don't give me frightening cliff hanger endings to the penultimate episode! This is not Star Trek and the Borg! I will now spend a week worrying about what happens! #tooinvested.

Hello Liz & Alex, I'm sorry to see the end on this note of fatal breakdown but the most important thing is that you are well and that the challenge was brilliantly won! I am very impressed by your resilience and the beautiful energy that allowed you to have memorable encounters. For crap bikes, I just hope that one day you will find vintage bikes with the famous goose-neck frames and rim brakes that are indestructible. They are rare but so comfortable. Thank you again for sharing and I hope your return went well.

I think we you have showed us is that it's actually nicer to visit towns and cities along the way than keep pushing through rural areas. Yes, southern Romania maybe doesn't have many options for example, but it's the route planning part I'm talking about.
@PursuingMountains8 ай бұрын
It’s interesting because I enjoy stopping in small towns and cities, but I also love the rural areas, it’s just a bit more challenging when there’s such little infrastructure. At the same time it’s nice to bike in really remote wilderness areas like on the Great Divide in the US and Canada where the lack of infrastructure actually becomes an advantage since you have solitude and can camp anywhere (within reason).

Hi Liz and Alex, what a series of adventures, I feel so inspired watching your trip unfold. I have stopped work for the Summer of 2024 and planning my own trip this year (though only through France) but your journey has given me so much to think about, planning etc Cant wait for the next episode, best regards Jeremy 😎

Hi Jeremy! That’s so exciting that you will be doing your own journey! It’s such an amazing way to travel 🙌🏼Do you know which route you plan to bike in France?

I'm thinking South to North to take advantage of prevailing winds, therefore a ferry to Bilbao from UK then work my way home. Not in your league (speaking as an older cyclist), but as said inspired by your efforts and very professional filmmaking. Always a warm welcome in Norwich UK if you're ever on this side of the Atlantic again. Best wishes Jeremy

All 3 mosques had the red & white striped trim. Wonder what the significance of that is. Also, must cover head, arms, legs but no foot coverings. Weird. Ive also noticed from the background that Turkey does not have the complete chemtrail cover like we usually do in the USA.. i started looking specifically for it. Why are they spared the toxins but we aren't? Anyway very interesting. Thanks.

Selimiye Cami is the most famous mosque in Edirne and is also one of the masterpieces of the famous Sinan the Architect. Its just that its been under restoration for some time and you didnt get to see it properly.

I visited Istanbul back in 2010 with work and it's not somewhere I would want to rIde after seeing the traffic. The blue mosque is impressive.

Hi guys, just found your channel! What an awesome adventure youve undertaken, I'm thinking to get into bikepacking this summer & start having some adventures. So inspired by your journey 😁 What equipment have you taken with you to film/edit as you go?
@PursuingMountains9 ай бұрын
Hi Ellie! Welcome to our channel 👋 so glad you are inspired for your own journey 🙌🏼 Do you know where you will go yet? We plan to create a video dedicated to our video equipment as there is a lot we brought and things we would change about our set up. But we each had go pros, phones, 1 nice camera and a drone.
