I commend all officers (Troopers, Deputies, local) when doing saturation patrolling. Driving in construction zones should be a triple $ CHARGE! The double charges do not seem to deter. I sure hope Trooper Ana E is married with a household of kids---she has the bold MAMA BEAR determination and take no BS mannerisms. I mean wtf? This is 100% Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Deadly Weapon etc. That f'ing 6000lb truck going head-on towards innocent oncoming traffc is way more deadly than any 9mm. Not too mention judging by his actions in the back seat he/they are 100% habitual sub-humans who have done it before & will do it again. This driving alone needs minimum mandatory prison time attached. The laws are "supposed" to protect the innocent. Right?

Judges can only sentence and set bail to guidelines set by the laws legislatures pass. So we have to ensure we elect people tough on crime before passing blame on judges alone. Also need to elect those willing to fund detention facilities as judges must release criminals when they become full. As citizens, we must also be willing to pay for the detention facilities and staff through our taxes. Personally, I don't mind my taxes going up a bit to pay for prisons. Better than going up to pay for needles, condoms and birth control.

@@aodhhanswtor7252fleeing by vehicle in Arkansas is a class C felony which is supposed to carry a minimum of 3 years in prison to a maximum of 10 years. Most often these DA’s and Judges allow a plea deal which nets them far less time, so yea it is on the DA’s and the judges, not the lawmakers.

​@mph4701 Nope. The Explorer 3.0 IS slightly faster to about 75, after that, the Charger walks away. Almost every pursuit on this channel is above the speeds where the Explorer is faster, and the Charger brakes and handles better. The Ford is about $5-7k more for the same equipment, and any officer will tell you it spends twice as much time in the shop as the Charger.

Kid doesn’t have a care in the world. Mofo had that bronco pinned. If he didnt have 20 units behind him. He would of escaped. Radio always faster than the crook. Helicopter would be easier in a situation like this, but maybe no money in Arkansas for that.
