These builders are looting people. I will never buy flat at this rate. They have some calculation and keep prices artificially high. It is better to stay in a rented accommodation n invest in stock market and future and options. Otherwise invest in land or plot. Some b grade builders provide more carpet area at competitive rate.

Please give honest opinion... that living room u showed is as big as my kids bedroom...no way 2000 sqft No way worth 2.2cr and another 40L for interiors... U rather buy independent land in bangalore for 2.5cr easily... These apartments also have no resale... Thanks
