First it's "trial" License Plate Reader cameras. Now Red Light Cameras. Next it's OBD/RFID to track your speed, location and email you tickets. None of this will solve anything and these events will continue to happen. If we just let law enforcement do their jobs, return qualified immunity, refund the departments and the courts actually prosecute those found guilty legally, this would not be an issue. I'm just curious how all of that data on the backend is being handled. I'm sure the secondary and other follow on effects will be for insurance companies and other interested parties to purchase metadata, behavioral analysis and use that as an excuse to charge people more money. The next news headline is going to read, "Dozens of homes broken into as criminal know if you're home!" It's not a matter of if, it's just a matter of when. I wonder how it feels to spend millions of dollars of tax payer money on technology that is easily defeated by simple methods. Proving once again no one bothered to ask the serious questions or perhaps this was the intent all along...But That's Just A Theory, A Game Theory.
