I don't think the floor press is doing my chest any good i dont feel it in my triceps instead I just feel some strain in my elbow joints and feel it in my triceps any suggestions??

@@Iisabeth yea as a women your absoutly fine doing just shoulder presses cause your goal isnt having balls as shoulders but as a man you need that round shoulder and lateral raises is the number 1 exercise for that rounded ball shoulder look that gives you a wider frame. So for men lateral raises is not only nice but a must 🔥
