I’m an orthodox Christian and we fast on Wednesday and Friday from meat, dairy, eggs and oil. And we do a 40 day fast on nativity and lent up to pascha(Easter) So that’s vegan for over half the year. But we could take it a step further and live life like Adam and Eve eating just raw fruits and vegetables. I had sciatic nerve pain so bad I couldn’t even pick up my newborn so I went raw vegan and it was healed in a week. Not everything is the “globohomo” agenda. Not taking life and requiring blood sacrifice to live for each meal is a selfless and healthy act. And not cooking everything is very healthy too. Raw living food was made by God as an offering to our holy temple, the body. A lot of cooked and fried and sugary foods are basically addictive drugs manufactured by satanic corporations.

When I started as a vegetarian it had nothing to do with politics and the ideological rubbish we see nowadays. As an European, I realised how different the mindset in countries of protestant background is, they think the world owes something to them and it's their right to "consume" it, it's an absolute disrespect for the rest of God's creation. The concept of masculinity in US seems to be entirely based on sports, display of strength and promiscuity. In Catholic and Orthodox countries it's more about character, commitment and self control. These are just some of the reasons why I find it offensive to be called "Western" because it implies a lot of misunderstandings and false concepts.

I agree, I think all the processed and fast foods the x y and z generations have consumed, and are consuming are making them sick, and also affecting testosterone. Been a vegetarian since 1969 after I returned from Vietnam and lived with some friends who introduced me to vegetarian food. It's a personal choice for me, not health reasons(although a benefit), but because I deeply love animals, and it struck me one day while shopping and seeing the meat in nice packages with saran wrapping, how if I couldn't bring myself to kill and slaughter a living creature, I was a hypocrite for letting someone else do the dirty work. This is my personal experience and not judging what someone else does. I've never been one of those horrible vegetarians who judge meat eaters, that's your choice, as mine is mine. I'm 76, and my VA Doctor is always amazed at my blood work, cholesterol readings, everything is perfect. My testerone is fine, believe me...very healthy and active relations. Stop eating so much processed junk food, limit your visits to fast food, read labels, eat more fresh fruit and veggies. There are a number of plant based vegetarian foods that can supplement your meat diet, so you're not eating it every day, but still enjoying food. We still have fun with our food, I make homemade pizza most weekends. If the government is pushing something such as meatless diets, they have other nefarious reasons for doing it, NOT because they care about your health.

Most microplastics in nature are not from plastic bottles, so much as washers and dryers, cleaning synthetic fabrics like polyester. The plastics in a water bottle are fairly stable unless they're left out in the sun to degrade from UV damage for a while. Washers dump an insane amount of microplastics into a variety of water supplies. You rub polyester or vinyl against other polyester or vinyl for an hour in the washer, with an agitator ensuring clothes on clothes contact the whole time. Of course you'll end up with microplastics, even with water reducing friction there is still friction rubbing off itty bitty little pieces of synthetic plastic material. If we wanna fix the microplastic problem, eliminating synthetic fabric clothing will be a must. We csn synthesize spider silk now, even adding stuff like graphene to the process to make fabric that is stronger than steel or kevlar. Why don't we ramp up that process to a worldwide megaindustry? Stronger, longer lasting, softer clothing that doesn't add environmental contaminants that are bad for life of all kinds. There's still hemp, flax, cotton, wool, Llama and alpaca etc. Plenty of sources for non synthetic clothing.

Part of the reason testosterone keeps getting lower is the introduction of drugs like steroids which boomed during this period. Especially around the 80’s. Then test those same people about 10 years later it makes sense that their testosterone is now lower

Thank you. In my personal experience. I have discovered a few things. I am a 50 year old male. Very active. Very little sex drive. I see a hot chick,and I know how I'm supposed to feel, but there's nothing. So I started fasting. Eat a steak and salad at midnight. Hit the gym in the morning super set squats with dead lifts. After 48 hours, something flicked the switch. My sex drive was like a dog. Fast and eat clean. High intensity lifting is ED cure.

So was is vego or vegan? B joint you weren’t ever vegan because that’s an ethical stance, so let’s go with ‘plant based.’ So, What the hell were you eating? I’m 12 yrs vegan, bloods and test on point according to my doctor. I’m 42 now. No regrets/ complaints. How much research/ study/ consultation did you do? Did you find a nutritionist to assist when you felt things weren’t going as well as you liked? Now you say you are five years non-vego/vegan and the meat still isn’t fixing your issues…? So… maybe it’s something else then. Have you consulted experts/ conducted tests and what are they saying?
@Nineau1311 ай бұрын
@@mitchcallander2608 bro I was broke ass college student (so having a nutritionist was out the picture) that was following the Rastafarian way of life. I ate your basic Kreyol, African and Caribbean vegetable diet. I didn’t lift weights much but I did tons of running and body weight exercises. I ran the fastest 5Ks of my life but my personality completely changed as in how I responded to stress and other people aggression. I wrestled and played college baseball. But once I went plant based I found myself depressed because I didn’t have the energy and ambition to wrestle or kickbox like I used to and I had my worse season of my baseball career that year. I turned to only eating crackers for weeks, as well as other issues that a young man at 23 shouldn’t be going through. I used to fish and that stopped, I used to hunt and that stopped, I couldn’t even eat Gumbo and that hurted. A huge part of what made me Nineau was took away. Once I started doing construction I realized I needed to eat meat to have energy and within weeks I went from 165 to 190 and being 6’3” I looked great and was an ox. Then I started lifting, fishing and hunting again now I’m at 215 and I move semi truck transmissions with ease at work lol. I have my fighting spirit back and I’m more ambitious/focus towards my goals than I was in my mid 20s(prime T level years)

I’m squatting 380lbs without creatine boy. I know what worked for me, and 98% of the athletes in every professional sport. If eating vegan was so beneficial, then why don’t at least 20% of athletes switch to the diet. It’s hilarious how u think a plant that lacks amino acids to be considered a complete protein for optimal muscle growth is better than eating a muscle which is a source of COMPLETE AMINO ACIDS. I guarantee you the Vikings and other dominant warriors of our past was not eating nuts and leaves for the bulk of their diets, those MEN ATE MEAT AND SEAFOOD BOY
@Blueskies118011 ай бұрын
I think every “body” is different, veganism doesn’t work for every “body”, carnivore doesn’t work for every “body”, you have to tailor food to what your body does best with, and yes, cut out processed, sugary, deep fried, fast food, no matter what type of “diet” you’re on. Since I’ve been a kid, I never liked eating meat. Just made me vomit every time. I was okay with fish and eggs… Later in life, my body stopped feeling like eating fish. So I cut it out for a few years to see how I would feel. I tried again to re-introduce fish, and my body wasn’t happy. So there’s that. A few more years later, I decided I’d see how I would feel if I cut out eggs, only because every time I had eggs, I’d feel SO bloated and have the runs. Even though I LOVE eggs, it was a staple in my daily diet, I had to try to eliminate them for a while to see. Well the bloating went away. And again I tried to re-introduce them (and I always had free range, organic eggs) my stomach still wasn’t happy. So I had to cut them out. I will try to re-introduce eggs again at some point. So not EVERY food works for EVERY BODY. Some people live long healthy lives eating several eggs each day and no digestive issues and can process meat in their gut better than others, more power to them! I don’t look down on anyone who eats meat or dairy or eats differently than me, just don’t push your “food religion” on me, that’s all.

Bro if you are overweight that's a con so work on it. Change your life style. Fasting , more exercise then if that does not work then proceeds to T. The problem wurh last option is can help and not bc then the body is not gonna produce naturally T bc is waiting for the shot you understand what I saying. That's the last option in my personal opinion. There is hundreds of videos on youtube about fat people getting in shape as professional body builders use that as a catalyst a motivation so you can say if they did it So do I.

Start by moving more, lifting weights a couple days a week and taking walks. Once that's established, replace some of your diet with single ingredient foods. Once you've been trying at those for a couple months, look at sleep hygiene and maybe consider a CPAP.

The Bible says in the end days that they are going to require you to not eat meat and only eat herbs (and now I hear they are also going to be certain types of bugs to grind up, add water and other ground up vegetables to eat).
