I’d like to tell you something, I’m a 53 year old woman, I’m from the UK and I’ve loved watching your channel over this last few years. You’ve even moved me to tears watching you react to some of the most beautiful music in the world. In a way I feel like I’ve watched you turn from a teenager into a genuinely decent young man, with good values, good sense and a good heart. I’m so sorry someone took your car, you didn’t deserve that but I’m also glad you didn’t put yourself at risk by trying to stop them. You’ve thought it all through and as upsetting, frustrating and unfair as it all is, you’re still philosophical about it, keep that mindset because it’s gold. Sometimes I look at the world and I think we’re all in serious trouble, but every now and again I see someone like you and I know things aren’t so bad yet. I was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. I went through all the most severe treatments, and during that time I built a beautiful, classic, one-speed bicycle. When I was finally strong enough, I rode the bike to my restorative yoga class. When I got out of the class, I found that my beautiful bicycle had been stolen! That hurt so much! And that really doesn't compare to what happened to you! I am so sorry. Take care, my friend.

When I was 21 my car was stolen right out of my driveway. I was heartbroken and grieved for years over the violation. It was a sports car too (1983 280ZX) , years later I wondered if God was protecting me from something worse like a bad car accident or a jacking. Your day in the Sun will come again. So glad you were not hurt. My family was at my oldest daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner and we walked out, our car was gone. My late husband after looking around even looked up. The next day at church at the wedding, the priest was saying how you could love your new TV or you could love your car & my husband's face dropped down and he was shaking his head yes, &was mouthing the words yes I did. But then the priest went on to say that your TV can break, your car will get rusty, but real love for people, that's where it's at. I am glad you are keepin the faith, still have your family & more people than you know that love you & keep you in their prayers. So glad you weren't hurt. Things can be replaced. It's a crazy world out there. I've been robbed three times, twice by someone I was involved with. It's that feeling of violation. You just have to pray for them. I've had a wallet stolen with my son's newborn picture in it, I had a purse stolen right off my shoulder with film of my newborn granddaughter in it. Those are the things you can't replace, The money,I knew I'd get another paycheck. I just prayed they needed it more than I did. You just have to pray for the Lord's protection everyday. Stay strong. Jokes aside though you are very correct in saying that praying that they needed it more than you did in that moment is the best way to go because harboring resentment and bitterness will eat you alive from the inside...... Tim, I'm so sorry someone stole your car. When I was very little, we struggled to make ends meet. My father worked days. My mother worked nights as a waitress. We had one car and one night, after my mother worked a long shift at the restaurant, she walked out into the parking lot and no car. Someone had taken our only car, the car my parents needed to get to their jobs. It was hard for them to get over but they eventually put it behind them and moved on. God has a plan for you and while He did not wish this theft on you, you know He will turn whatever is bad into good. Stay strong.

My husband was so in love with his cars in his younger years, and always took pride washing, waxing, and keeping it nice.He placed a high value on his car. Accidents , financial hardships, illness, all came along. there’s nothing wrong with working hard for something you enjoy, but he learned to have a more balanced approach to life. Funny thing, he had to commute far for a job, and decided to get a little beater car that was used, and great on gas.I never saw him so happy, just zipping around in that simple car, and saving his money for his future. Forty years ago a therapy client stole my bracelet. It had intense sentimental value to me. I still grieve the loss of that item at least three times a year to this very day. It is such a violation and wounds a person when you steal from them. Wow that truly sucks Timothy. At the start of the video, I was bracing myself, thought someone had died. But I do know how much you loved that car, and the one before it. The smile you had getting them could have lit up a room! But you have insurance, and you did not risk confronting the thief, so that's good. Look at it this way. You scratched the itch to have the cars you dreamed of, and they can't take the memories away of the good times you had, the drive to Atlanta etc. Karma has a long memory, it will catch up with the thief eventually.
