Not a lot crossover between overhead press and bench press? yeah right except triceps which does most of the work in both moves, oh wait you're not even doing ohp, you're using legs, but that is called push press.

@@asdfghjkl1755 for intermediate lifters the two will help push each other up, for advanced lifters like Marisa, the correlation is lower.

@@JuggernautTrainingSystems strong mans do not train bench, they do push press and ohp a lot and somehow they still have solid bench numbers, but advanced marissa is so advanced that she sees no overlap. Maybe she should stop using legs just to lift more weight to see some..
