Why are they pushing streaming? Why not download it and get a good quality? Is because they are afraid the homebrew scene will make backup copies of them? It just doesn't make sense, for example if you buy a blu ray 4k physical disc vs streaming there's a huge difference in quality, I'm pretty sure it's the same with games, if it's downloaded it's considered like a physical copy quality

That’s very fair, it’s really up to how important classic games and early trials are to you for the price. Extra’s the best deal in my opinion as the 400 games included in the catalogue is amazing. Classic games especially PS2 games would be nice but there are other ways of playing those games for cheap nowadays so not a deal breaker for me.

Techincally yes, however, they won't be marked with a Plus. The PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be available via a similar tab to the PS Plus Collection on PS5. Basically, it will be it's own little store for you to browse with all the available games for your tier. - AB

The removals won't be as extreme as that. Most games will stay on for months on end, but similar to something like Netflix (and Game Pass) every month there will likely be a couple of games that leave the service (due to licencing). So by and large you are still getting an expanding library of games, and it will not be a set handful of games specific to each month. Hope that clears things up a little. - AB

Most of the games that will be removed and added back will be third-party due to licensing agreements., so your Assassin's Creed Valhalla or Red Dead Redemption 2. However, for some reason you have to upgrade for the amount of time that's left on your PS Plus. So if you have 3 months left, you'll have to pay for 3 months of upgraded PS Plus. At this point it doesn't look like you can only upgrade for a month if you still have a running PS Plus subscription. Very confusing stuff - AB

Any game on the subscription will almost definitely stay on the service for more than a month. I'm not expecting titles to be thrown away after 3 months or something like that. Most games on Game Pass for a comparison will stay on for a year at least, and I'd imagine anything first-party from Sony would be there pretty much all the time once they are added. So as long as it is on the service and you still have a subscription, you will have access to it. However, if you downgrade to Essential, you will lose access to the PS4/5 games available via Extra. Extra is the tier for me :) i was going to buy AC Valhalla, Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima, Hollow Knight, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-man PS4 (sold my old copy), Shadow of the Colossus, Uncharted the Lost Legacy (sold my old copy). These games right there are at least 200 $
