[ Cheese Potato Pancake ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🥞 2 Russet Potato
🥞 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
🥞 10g Butter
🥞 300g Mozzarella Cheese
🥞 4 Slices of Chinese Pancake
This recipe allows you to make 2 portions
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Peel and slice the potato
2. Steam potato until turns soft
3. Mash potato with Mayonnaise
4. Layer with Pancake - Cheese - Potato - Cheese - Pancake
5. Seal the pancakes together
6. Fry the pancake with butter on pan
7. Both sides around 5~10minutes each
8. And the delicious pancake is ready
