I agree. With call you can not be that far beside the outside car because no passing till past flag stand. If not that makes front row sitting ducks. It goes to the same reason we give move over flag for the leader

If leader fires off and 2ed doesnt its fair game, yet debatable.

I know it doesn't matter anymore but it's a restart once the leader fires the race has started which makes it free to pass how ever on the initial start you can not pass the leaders until the flag stand this was just a racing thing with 2 of the most competitive drivers in create late model racing today

Just racing. Sometimes when you rub up against someone you can get pulled into each other. Dont see no foul.
