‘Sickening’: Jeff Fenech blasts the male who beat a female boxer at Paris Olympics

Australian boxer Jeff Fenech says it was “sickening” to watch female Italian boxer Angela Carini be beaten by a biological male boxer at the Paris Olympics.
“The sport of boxing is in disarray,” he told Sky News host Erin Molan.
“It’s spoiling the whole Olympics.”

The other boxer consented to the rules and Khelif followed the rules. Nobody forced the Italian boxer into the ring. It’s not assault, it’s boxing, and both athletes consented.

@@ericstandefer9138 Khelif also trained for years and followed the rules. There are other boxing organization that ban Khelif. Let’s not be hyperbolic on the Olympics in general nor this event in particular. The Italian knew who Khelif was and knew early on she’d get beat, so quit. This wasn’t a knock out or even a knock down. It was a forfeit, after 45 seconds. Furthermore, Khelif is not clearly male or female, but intersex, in a manner that is clearly far closer to female than male. Khelif has Swyer Syndrome, a defective Y chromosome, which means the X chromosome that is not defective takes over and development is far more female than male. Chromosomes aren’t male or female, the whole organism is, or can be. Whether Khelif is male or female would be a scientific, biological question - but there can be gray areas in the biology, as here. Nature doesn’t care how we categorize its products, just as nature doesn’t care what human beings consider ‘abortion’. The legality of abortion and legality of what counts as a woman are both legal questions, not biological ones, and there is a necessary arbitrariness at times on where to draw the line. but rest assured, Khelif is not in any obvious way a man, and Khelif is clearly more female than male, but what we do know, for a fact, is that Khelif followed the rules and the Italian boxer consented to those rules before getting into the ring. If you want the rules changed, so be it. I can respect the fact that there can be reasonable disagreement on where and how to draw such lines.

Or the same with weightlifting, set the weight, the one who defies gravity wins. The winners would be the fastest or whomever lifted the heaviest… but that would be an even playing field. I'm not agreeing with her competing! But she's not a transition ("Transformer") transgender, who could the genitals cut off and now just claims to be a woman. She was born as an intersexual (less than 1% of the world's population) and was raised as a female! Like the majority of intersexual people. For most of the time where it was possible to give intersexual people the opportunity to be raised and medical sex assign intersexual people into a certain direction (as I wrote, usually female), gives them the "blessing" to not grow up to be a "freak". Not having a role in society. But going to a life of abuse and bullying. Still...they should not be allowed to compete as females at professional or Olympic sports events! But at the same time not be treated like men that just found out they're a woman. Because it's trendy or whatever the reasons are....

He was born with under developed male anatomy which appears to look feminine. However every cell in his body carries the XY chromosome. At puberty male bodies develop stronger bones, larger hearts and lungs, they can run faster, jump higher, hit harder, carry heavier loads than women. At puberty ,woman's bodies develop breasts and their hips broaden. Women's bodies are built to conceive, carry and nurture the next generation. There is no physical equivalence between post puberty males and females.

if you're referring to the TBI and partial paralysis that NCHS Volley Ball player Payton McNabb suffered, after a Pike from a transgender-identifying opposition player struck her in the head and rendered her unconscious, that was actually back in 2022, not during this years Paris Olympics. But it was a shocking injustice that resulted in a life changing injury to McNabb and it should NEVER have HAPPENED. The risk of serious injury and possibly even death, to biologically FEMALE athletes, as a result of biologically MALE transgenders being allowed to compete in Womens events, is Far too Great to ignore. And this transgenderism acceptance in Sports IDIOCY, needs to be stopped !!!
