Putting A 2023 Honda Grom On The Back Of A 40 Year Old Van

So excited this worked out and the Grom fits on the back of the van. Stay tuned to see this thing get a full camping interior and taken on some awesome adventures.

Add some extra bolts to the floor so that the wheels may move more freely when your loading and unloading, looks cool as with the grom on the back🤙

Cut a piece of plywood and put it on the bottom of the rack. That way the wheels on the grom won't get caught up in the grooves. Should make it easier to load up

Looks like your covering the vans tail light with the bike, may want to check into lights for the rack that mimick the stock ones

The handle bars hit the spare tire unfortunately otherwise that would be much better

You should reset the bolts to where you can load the bike from the left side :)

Usually it’s instructions from foreign companies that are bad but I just bought an accessory for my truck from a reputable company and the instructions were full of mistakes. Maybe it was a counterfeit product.

I’ve found all the overseas products usually had bad instructions. I usually buy U.S.A. made stuff in this category but they were wayyyyy to expensive

But make sure it cools down since the muffler would be on the outer side closest to you like I said if you was to reset your bolts and loaded from the left side

i like the grom brother man, but id work on figuring out how to center the bike so it doesnt over stress the hitch on one side and bend it

Thank you! Yeah I’m thinking about a hitch extender so I can center it perfectly. Luckily the grom doesn’t weigh much so it’ll probably be fine either way.
