Thanks for showcasing my mod, I put quite a lot of effort into it, and I plan on updating it someday, possible with Silent Forest stages, cuz I have some ides how to maniay those! btw, do you remember my "advanced mode" private preview you played quite a few months ago? When I first played Death Egg Zone in S3&K, I really enjoyed that they used reverse gravity. Seeing more gravity shifting in future Sonic games gave me hope that they might someday make a game themed around this... And they finally did with the release of Super Mario Galaxy! It was disappointing to see that a Lost World mod doesn't have any gravity direction changes.

The Deadly Six were fine for a simple game like Lost World and the Hardlight mobile games, but Zavok coming to more main series games is pretty annoying. I'm also upset that they ditched the dragons for *bees* in Forces. He has no reason to be grouped with them and I hate it.

Lesson learned: armadillos are poorly equipped to navigate Sky Road. :D Played this mod myself not long ago and I loved it, so it was awesome to see you showcase it here! I wasn't too fond of Lost World myself - the controls were subpar, the storyline was UGH...eh, I'm probably repeating your own opinion on the game. In spite of that, the mixture of Lost World and Mania produced surprisingly strong results! Hopefully this mod gets a complete version soon.

Lost World was a good game ruined by the fact that it ripped off Galaxy 1 and 2 with the whole circular spinny thing, the controls being awful, sonic moving at the speed of an actual hedgehog, being forced to collect the animals, and the fact that its cheesy. I like how it was a different style of game though, and the music was good.

okay, now I feel mixed about this. Do people like the 3d or 2d sections of lost world? I only played the 3ds version and only tried demo's on the Wii U. It was kinda amazing to have 3d sonic on the 3ds after kinda being disappointed in Generations. Still a fun game though, but at the time I was a bit disappointed it wasn't the glorious 3d game on other things.

I think the most interesting thing about people's opinions on Sonic Lost World comes from the controls. Which is odd considering the fact that they gave the players the ability to manually control Sonic's speed. And after the whole fiasco with Sonic Unleashed and prior sonic games after sonic adventure 2... idk. The sonic fandom is just rough lol

I thought sonic lost world was a good game, I liked the controls, mainly because I could not compare to other sonic games because it was my first, and I liked sonic games because of it, I also always had to go to my friends house to play it. Edit I’ve played sonic games since I was 2, so my true first sonic game was sonic 3 demo.
