Putting away a 3 phase distribution board

We do like you have the trunking around the board with an opening or large bush lockring but have never seen the neutral fly leads taken into it if the RCBO's never had an earth fly lead would you have put the neutrals in their place? seems a good idea always thought that the fly leads had to be in the D.B.

All manufacturers offer 4 pole main switches. When would you install these ? Most opinion is that 3 pole is the wsy to go ?

TT installations you have to have double pole on single phase so I’m guessing they are there to make all 3 phases and neutral open circuit
