@@Butfucker300why would you want to downgrade💀 but yes however you’d have to front end swap because it has different headlights and etc but imo it’s pointless for YOU to do because you have an actual Escalade and the body lines may not fit, which could make your dream look like a nightmare if you wanna spice up your caddy front end I suggest a mesh grille and the new badges

the third brake light you spliced if you pull the wire out a little more you would have found the same plug that was on the end of the Escalade hatch. Sometimes it is clipped in place inside of the hole.

My windows up and down was doing the same. I used some lithium grease on the glides. Inside the door. Been 5 months. And works great. Up and down super fast and smooth. Saves alot of time and money.

Hey Matt I did the third brake light conversion also, it’s a plug and play if you pulled the original wire more back it disconnects and the Escalade light clips in like OEM.

The white Tahoe connector is a Metripack 150 2-pin connector. GM uses them on a TON of things on 90s+ trucks. Easiest place to grab a matching pair at a junkyard is under a pickup's bed for the rear lighting. Be aware that one style has corner notches and one doesn't. Extracting the terminals is pretty easy with a VW style tool after popping off the rear lock (blue) with a screwdriver. Easy peasy.

@@2Mont106 It depends on the year of your Tahoe or Yukon, if it’s a 2002 Tahoe per say then get the light off a 2002 Escalade. If it’s a 2003 Tahoe get it off a 2003 Escalade

When i first built my 04 Z71 Burban,i took some of you design cues,like the badges, the airbag, tail lights, and applied it to mine. Not long ago I did the Esky rear glass, appliques, dash,seat and center console swap, seeing you do the same upgrades now,makes it feel like they have come full circle.

i install dash cams at work all the time... best thing for the rear cam is run the cable through the boot, and stick the cam to the glass... well give you the best view, and it will never fall off.... once the summer comes around, it will fall off the plastic trim.. i have the same truck, but with barn doors, there's no way to stick it on the glass, so i stuck it on the same trim panel... it lasted maybe a week, and it's still dangling today...

I have a 03 Yukon Denali and i installed the escalade corner vents and they are very hard to remove and install but they look great. Another thing you could do is get the escalade painted spare tire lock cover flap or get the original painted. I did that on mine, i don’t like any unpainted black plastic.

Hey Matt on your last video you talked about your wheel fitment. Recently I changed the wheels on my 05 escalade. I got 17 X8.5 6-139.70 -6 wheels. So I was able to use my tires and it spaced it out perfectly. The wheels sit perfectly flush with the body. I'm really happy with the result. If you want I can send you pictures so you can see the fitment.

Love the dash/rear cam. Unfortunately too rich for my blood. Def need that today. The 03's door panel have that same screw holding the master window switch to the panel. I found that out the hard way. I can't wait to see the HD parts installed. Are you dropping the front bumper too? That's what you need to do to add that HD bumper cap. Keep the mods coming Matt!

Oh no, another "Escahoe". Many guys were doing that here in Southern Cal. Lots of Escalades were being stolen to harvest the parts. At least, you keep your truck looking nice, to be honest, your Tahiti, looks just as good as the nicely kept stock Denali's.

Put some WD40 silicone lube on the window tracks and the felt, helps the glass slide!

Window motor is slowing on weather stripping because it's harder when cold. Motor still going bad but that's why it's slowest when cold

Dont need to change the window motor, just clean the rails around and the window till go up and down quickly again

I have a 2002 an for my lock that wouldn't move I just pulled the housing for the lock an put it back in. Stick fixed. I removed the panel for new speakers an it just got stuck. I fixed it by accident lol.

FYI for anyone testing and escalade third brake light: the car has to be on, or the third brake light won't turn on when you hit the brakes. Failed inspection one time because I had the car off, and key just forward

I hope you went with ACDelco window regulator. I tried 2 aftermarkets with 4.5-5 stars on amazon and they both rattled. ACDelco did not rattle

Wish I could do the Escalade upgrade on mine because it's an awesome look, but I have barn doors. Boooo Some advice on the struts for the back hatch...Don't get the cheap ones on Amazon. They have a bit more push than the original and it can bust the hinges. Happened to my wife Yukon and I had to go find a replacement glass in the junkyard.

For the lower window regulator studs you can steal the nuts off the old regulators glass clamp pieces. That’s what I did on my 2001.

Could've swapped the GMT900 third brake light/spoiler onto it. Looks pretty nice and sporty after it's all done. Uses the escalade glass.

I have a 05 escalade and the led interior lights that I upgraded made all the difference. Makes it look so much more modern. Even added the leds to light up mirror puddle lights. You will be impressed with the difference

With 330,000 miles on my ‘04 Z 71 suburban I like the idea of the Escalade rear window. That said, the rear windows are an engineering disaster! I have replaced three or four windows over the years simply because the plastic and metal hinges come apart way too easily . I would also recommend that you do not use any type of “super strut” as all they will do is accelerate the separation to those plastic and metal hinges for the rear glass. In fact, I just disconnected them a just use the whole door for access to the back. 😎💪🇺🇸🗽❤️

Does your Tahoe have power adjustable side mirrors? Because I notice when you tested out the controls you only folded them in and out. I ask because on mine I have the exact same model year and color as you lol but mine only fold in and out and I can’t actually adjust them up down left or right so not sure if it’s just broken or what. Hey bro we've spoken before I have a 83 Z28 I bought the wiring harness PSI because of you where did you drill the hole to put the wiring harness through I thought I saw it but I wasn't for sure I want to put it where I think it's best we can reach everything I have the PSI wiring harness got the computer flash if you can take a picture or show me I thought I saw it on the firewall but I'm not sure I was going to work on it and do it today but it rained hopefully I can do it tomorrow or I'll wait till you send me a message or picture I appreciate it still following you

That CrossTour dash cam is JUNK! I have one and got the GPS antenna for it too. It claimed to be "fastest locking GPS", and it takes an average of 10 min before registering my speed. I left a bad review and the company reached out to me. They offered to refund my money and keep the camera if I deleted my review. So that's why you see positive reviews. Also, after I received the camera there was a flyer in the box to leave a good review and get a free GPS or Memory card. I already bought the $20 GPS and $20 memory card. :'( But that's another reason you see good reviews. They are compensated reviews. So if anyone wants a free dashcam buy a CrossTour on Amazon and leave a bad review. You'll be refunded!

I have a Rexing V1 dash cam and have been eyeballing one of those Blackvue 750's and the fact that it comes with that little spuger, and hard wire kit, plus the video quality seemed like a fair price. My Rexing has a potato quality rear camera. Like Sony Ericsson just came out in 2002 quality. Lol. I dig that Escalade glass. I had never thought about doing that, but it makes a big difference. I found Escalade rear glass at Gary's in Binghamton... broken third brake light - I figured I'd get one from ebay or rock auto... HOLY CRAP! They start at $369...

Had a 03 just like yours until someone turned in front of me.... i miss it a lot but it was having more and more issues. Got an 11 now, everything is cheaper made for sure, sucks. Changing out the headlight assemblies is just ridiculous on this 11, guess the two rods on 03 were too damn easy! Oh and when your exhaust bolts break off, just install aftermarket clamps, work fine. And damn man, replace those dingy yellow interior lighting bulbs with LEDs, cheap and so much better lighting and look.
