I like this a lot. I wish you would do a complete NA build with a stroker kit.
@DWH300 Жыл бұрын
A public builder. tuner like RTR can't build a stroked let's say a 347 S650 Mustang without receiving hugh Café fines for not meeting the Governments mpg and emissions requirements.

Does nobody make chrome rims anymore? Black and bronz are so overplayed these day it’s sickening . Those wheels would look good chrome. IMO

Chrome is a nearly dead art. Literally, most of the guys that did it died before 60 years old.

Usually when a manufacturer uses 2 throttle bodies they use a split intake where one throttle body works one side of the engine and other throttle body works the other side of the engine. When here it's both autobodies working 1 plenum. Can somebody please explain why
@Tegridynews Жыл бұрын
And with both throttle bodies open, now wouldn't the plenum have less pressure volume. Because there's a very large hole in the plenum.

I think I'd rather keep the Magnaride vs. manually adjustable struts/shocks.
@seanw3621 Жыл бұрын
I had it on my Yukon Denali and converted to Bisteins. The Magneride was mediocre and hugely expensive to repair.

@@seanw3621 Every competitive driver that's tested the Mustang system on track has praised it. The GM truck system is very different. The only thing they share is the basic concept.

Ten years ago was 2013 and that s197 put down 420 hp. Wow we’ve come such a long way. Oh Ford oh ford 😮insert here
@4literv6 Жыл бұрын
Works out to about 1.3% more hp per year right? What's so impressive about that. 🤔 The 2013 s197 also looked much better imo(I owned a sgm 2013 slammed on bronze tsw wheels, no spoiler, recaros, dark tint&rtr front lip on it with a stock gt500 vented hood. It also weighed LESS to. A base ecoboost now weighs as much as a loaded 05-09 s197 gt did. The top dog gt500s push 4,200# well optioned and fueled up. And a loaded up 5.0 can push 4k pounds now. 😀

You guy hype the s650 as if it's the best thing since sliced bread. What are the rwhp numbers? What are the torque numbers at the wheels? What are the performance specs? Why does does the stock exhaust on my gt350r & gt500 sound better? (Before I changed them to Stainless works) Sounds a bit weak if you ask me. Can you put a supercharger on it and bump up the hp? Can you run E-85? What are the cars actual capabilities? Nobody wants to talks about the specs or answer any of the serious questions. They just talk about superficial things, how it looks, how it feels, all the tech, that's all we've heard for months. Put it on a dyno a slalom course, push the car to it's limits and let's see some real world numbers. So far I've yet to see anything that impressed me about the s650 or rtr. Maybe when and if the Shelby versions come out then there will something substantial. As for now sorry I just don't believe the hype, all flash with very little if any dash extremely disappointing and unimpressive.

We hear you! We have extensive plans to put the S650 to the test. Many of which you listed above... so stay tuned! -Chris
