In this weeks episode you can see I have my sun sail shade up to protect the ladies from getting sun burnt. I have also had the Shiro Utsuri out as I think she has a bit of an infection starting to appear. After noticing the bacterial infection I took a deep dive into the nexus to see whats lurking in the bio chamber......

Another vote for Virkon s aquatic tablets. They work a treat for clearing up bacterial infections and killing any nasties that might be lurking in places you can't see.. Hope she makes a good recovery. Cheers.

Sail looks great, hope the fish gets better she looked happy as do all your fish ,love your growing peas and they love the wet good to recycling I try to water my garden with most of my waste water I do have plenty to water ,hope you enjoyed that beer and cigar ,take care x

She isn't getting better as quick as I would like.... I am over stocked looking back at old images the fish have doubled in size! May need to rethink the stocking levels...

Think you are right to catch them battle marks aa you did catch it early my lot batter them self's every year i go with a hole pond treat of a ant bac as I don't like to take them out unless i have to nice sail

I noticed settlement in my nexus 220 bio side too so siphoned it out with some large airline. Had it about a year n never done it. Guessing that n flukes have been the cause of a bacterial infection my koi have suffered from. Good shout on the corks on the skimmer lid in your last vid works much better since iv done that. Great vid as usual mate 🐟👍

Yeah I stuck the camera back in today and it isn't much better.... Contemplating stripping it all down and giving it a jet wash 😂😂 glad you found the skimmer tip useful.. Take care Rich.

I use a set called the big four but you can't buy it. My Dealer gets me it. He always has so I have never used anything else so can't really help you there.. apologies
