Putting Triple Tree Forks on a Bicycle

Just to clarify, I am building a motorized bicycle and this is just the first video. I want to do a cafe style build and go all out and make it like no other build on the internet! This is the first video I've ever fillmed and edited so the quality will only improve. I know the audio quality changes when I filmed the close up shots, but I got a new mic for my phone to fix that problem! Also, the forks I used are off of a 1977 Puch Maxi moped, I don't know why I didn't say that in the video. Anyway, heres the gear I used!

I believe that's a Huffy Cranbrook. I have one too. I'm trying to replace the forks with a springer fork. Can you please tell me the Huffy fork specs? 1 inch? Threaded? Size of the steerer and the threads? Thanks.

Nick Hersheys 1 inch threaded yeah. You could make any 1” fork work for it if you’re determined! These moped forks are pretty cool and you can find them for like 40 bucks on eBay so even just for a pedal fork that’d be cool

I know this is a very old video, but is there any chance to answer that you could tell me if the steering tube size was 1-1/8th? I'm considering using pit bike forks on an e-bike frame with a 1-1/8th steering tube and I don't know if it's possible without too much fabrication.

I believe it was 1 1/8th and the original one to the bicycle was 1” and that’s why I had to file out that washer to accept the 1 1/8th and act as a spacer. I think it’s totally possible and I say do it!
