Zhongli: Provides a shield, preventing Wanderer from being staggered in midair. Ei: Elemental Skill allows for Electro Infusion, meaning you don't need to put too much into Energy Recharge. Nahida: Gives bonus Elemental Mastery, allowing more Swirl damage. "Works like a charm" is a great way to describe this team.

Zhongli did say he'd like to learn the eternity ei endeavors, And ei thinks zhongli's story is far from finished yet according to there voicelines. Also both of them are masters of polearm and both there ideals signify stability so they'll get along pretty well. Nahida have the biggest heart and she'll be overjoyed meeting other older and mature archons, Both zhongli and ei admires buer so they'll enjoy there time. Wanderer would just stay silent most of the time and watch them since I doubt he'll bother reminding Ei about there past relationship....

I know she is grieving because it was the time period where her sister died but if that was real life the prospect of "Either I kill you or I I abandon you because the other solution would be killing you" are both messed up in Genshin and Real life. So while the "best" outcome was him being left on his own and suffering the trauma which started to heal thanks to Nahida, it's still messed up and it doesn't make Ei be in the right, her grieving doesn't justify her actions.

It is pretty convenient that almost everyone forgets about his past as the Balladeer, which results in him being able to freely wander around Tevyat despite being a war criminal. Childe also gets away scot-free for trying to drown a whole nation. Also Ei was locked in battle with her puppet for 500 years, that is already at least one major consequence that she faced due to her whole fiasco. It'll probably be better for Wanderer and Ei to meet after both of them are mentally ready. For them to meet immediately would just open old wounds.
