Mate, first time me seeing your FF Legend II run. i thought it looks like the GB game for Goemon Mystical Ninja, the soundtrack on the Goemon is superior actually. Maybe check out that Goemon game if you can :))

I can never tell if FFL2 speed runners are trolling or if they don't actually know, Mask is Lynn's lost father and not your dad in a disguise but it's definitely played for a gag which is on brand for this game.

I never paid close enough attention to the ending cutscenes to notice the hat-wearing sprite is Mask instead of Dad (doesn't help that he's facing upwards for most of the scene). Today I learned...
