"An L is not a loss, its a lesson". Mindset of a winner. Shit gave me chills. So I deleted my first comment because it was early in the video and I learned so much more after that. You are an impressive coach. All the ways you had them do drills, gave examples, called out excuses, changed mindsets to a winning mindset, had them involved 1 on 1 with you and each other, focused on the ones struggling with the concepts until they figured it out, put it all together... This was not only a 101 on GA/WH but an absolute clinic on how to coach. Every good coach i've ever had in life did all those things. Now i have to say, i thought i was a slightly above average bruiser, and i still think i am. But i had no idea how much more there was to learn. I was in a company that ran a server for 2 months with pretty damn competitive wars, that i was slotted in most of. I had learned quite a bit but nothing to this degree. I am so damn happy i decided to click this video and watch it front to back. I will be watching it multiple more times to make sure i have these concepts down to a t. All the little reminders of tactics etc. This is gonna take me to the next level. I've never wrote such a long KZbin comment but i had to get this out. Thank you for all the knowledge. The point where you called out "copium" was amazing at 1:19:45. You didn't allow him an easy way out and say gear score was the difference. Sure there are some things you can achieve with gear, but skills and game knowledge is much more important in getting good. Subscribed :)
