We're talking about STRENGTH.....that's what it's all about.....in order to bowl well you need a strong, STRONG....foundation. Softball and Bowling gals must have a very strong lower frame. Upper body flexibility with strong arms and shoulders....with sturdy hips....Shannon has the added dimension of focus and speed.......
