6:19 mistake hemiparesis means reduced motor function on one side, hemiplegia total loss of motor function on one side, hemihypesthesia is the word for reduced sensation in one half of the body

mark jeston Hemiparesis is increased weakness and/or decreased strength on one side of the body while hemiplegia is total paralysis one side of the body. Loss of sensation is hypesthesia (I think... lol)

Dr. Bolin, for patients on warfarin, will it need to be stopped before the surgery for haemorrhagic stroke or even general bleeding in the brain due to trauma?

warfarin therapy is only for ischaemic stroke with AF, not for hemorrhagic stroke. (i guess)
