Pretty fun skill that still seems a little bit of play but honestly feel it's a bit underrated. We'll see how that holds up into lategame but for now it's a solid playstyle.

@mathil if you are igniting the enemies or have a way for them to be burning then immolate is a huge damage boost. Tons of flat fire.

New Mathil inverted effect: He breaks markets on rare pricey items with his community XD TBH it rings a bell about how ppl used to/still make nice +gem lvl bows and staves(or any 2hander for that matter?)... COOL! Haven't done that in a long time really.

You could consider mapping your main skill on spacebar... it saved me so much wrist pain when I did it!

I started a shockwave totem build 5 days ago and paid 1,5 divs for the astral projector its 2 divs now. The Mathil effect hasnt been that strong for a while now.

Having a long chain is very important for pyroclast mines, so I think it is better not to put detonate mines on the left click.

From my old Pyroclast build back in the day, there's a rhythm to get nice long chains on single targets. I was also using tremor rod, which might help a bit.

Yeah although you want to drop your detonation speed which makes sabo totally worthless. I've been doing pyro for past few leagues and I've been hitting like 350 long chains

True, but left click is necessary to clear comfortably (Even in fact this playstyle is pain in ass - but still better than hotkey). Would switch to hotkey if looking for giga damage even when running around)

Yeah, I tried mines this league and I expected to be a smooth playstyle than my normal selfcaster crit builds. Turns out that you still have to keep casting like a madman and it hurts.

I hate mines lol. Tried astral and pyroclast the league astral was released and realized its not for me. Had to play cyclone and RF for a while after that.

Definitely spent a lot of money (despite having a lot of fossils and resonators lying around) and not getting the 1 in 10 ratio... It's beginning to really hurt. I need those +2 wands, but at this point I think I'd have been better of buying them.

Hi! I've played pyroclast mines+astral for a few years and i'd recommend Infernal Mantle+2x Consuming dark and just go at it. Esp. with the recently new +3 mantle u can get +7?! fairly cheap as base mines are auras... and to spice it up with that 75% fire converted to chaos the Abhorrent Interrogation gloves are really sweet, esp with a despair corrupt - Enjoy

@@captainprometheus3102 rather than making a new PoB, u can pretty much play the same setup as Mathil with the exception that we don't care about Fire Pen at all because of Abhorrent Interrogation, ok gear: - Infernal Mantle (double corrupt for total of +7) Pyroclast + Swift + Inspiration + Empower + Awakened Ele Focus + (Crit Damage or Trap & Mine dmg) - Astral Projector (duh!?) - 2x Consuming Dark (with 60% fire and as high Ntl as u can find) - Abhorrent Interrogation (25% wither explicit and the despair corrupt) Rest of the gear is up to you. U can focus towards CI if u want but u won't have a shield, u can go suppress like Mathil or just glass cannon into clusters with detonation/throwing speed and movement aswell as dmg. That's the shell of it, i've used it as a cash-cow build, low investment high returns and then invest into some "mirror+"-build Enjoy!

You could use 20% qual Detonate Mines gem + enchance.

Actually detonating speed is bad for mines which need long chain. Higher detonation speed will lead to shorter chain and lower dps.

@@billy142857 When you have a high enough throw speed you literally throw mines faster than the detonation speed. -It takes a lot of investment to even think about this but it's a BIG dmg increase

detonation speed scales as the chain grows longer, so if u have any little amount of detonate speed it will brick your chain earlier

Guys if you will look at Craft of Exile and see 1 in 4 to get +1 to spells with "Fractured" +1 fire/etc this will NEVER happened to be 4 avg, without fractured mod yes = 4 avg (tested), with it its more like 12-15 avg which is giga bait and I don't know why its still on page 🙃 82 ilvl is actually giga brain, i forgot about that 🤡
