Nope he’s held accountable other brands or creators for unethical business practices. Its not illegal but man charging 50 bucks a year for photos is definitely unethical. So we are more of on moral side of argument rather than technicality of his business.

It's not so much the price, but rather the hypocrisy coming from him. It makes people trust him as a reviewer less than they did before. He broke his own #1 rule...
