Hunting in general is not horrible, most don’t actually kill foxes they lay down scent. There are just a few people that have abused horses and used cruel bits but that can happen in xc and showjumping smh 🤦🏼♀️

+Bryan Scott Hunting has always been a way of maintaining the fox population. It is really the diseased, wounded and old foxes that are accounted for, leaving the young and healthy as nature intended. If a fox has run to ground then that's it you leave it and move on. However if this is being a troublesome fox, such as killing farmer's labs or chickens ducks etc, then the farmer may say specifically to get rid of that fox. It's not cruel at all as it offers the quickest and most humane kill of all, some landowner now have snares and other horrid contraptions where the fox gets caught and dies a slow and painful death, THAT to me is cruel. I personally go out because to me it's a way of life, it's tradition and because I get to see land that is not otherwise open to me, and to challenge myself on my horse. I hope that this answers your question, obviously you are entitled to your opinion and I am not trying to make you change your mind, if you don't approve then that is your prerogative. I just hope this is more clear now for you.

Ah! No cantering / trotting on the street, especially with shoes on. That is a very very good way to injure your horse, because they have no grip.

Hunting never sounded like that. I'd change the audio to what was recorded on the day of the hunt. Those are the sounds I remembered best. Also the position of the camera is a bit off putting.

This seems so wild and unsafe. So many horses crowded several times during the video. And then trotting and galloping on concrete, what a disgrace. I'm sorry to say it.

You aren’t suppose To canter horses on the road! This is why I don’t like hunts because they’re full of pricks who get dogs to kill foxes and whip their horses into they physically can’t anymore
