PZL Mielec M28 Skytruck D-CPDB inside out full departure 16. October 2024

Im Jahr 2017 wurden vier PZL Mielec M28 Skytruck durch das Unternehmen PD Air Operation (Privat Defense and Education Services GmbH) mit Sitz in Magdeburg für die Bundeswehr beschafft. Der Mietvertrag für diese Maschinen war bereits einige Jahre zuvor in die Wege geleitet worden. PD Air Operation war verantwortlich für die Anschaffung der M28 und die Ausbildung der Crews.
Zu jener Zeit war die Beschaffung der C-130 durch die Bundeswehr noch kein Thema. Die M28 wurde als kurzfristig verfügbare und kostengünstige Alternative zum A400M in der Rolle als Absetzmaschine bei der Ausbildung von Fallschirmspringern eingesetzt, insbesondere da die C-160, die bisher diese Aufgabe erfüllte, sich dem Ende ihrer Lebensdauer näherte und der A400M noch nicht vollständig für das Absetzen von Fallschirmspringern zertifiziert war.
Auch zukünftig, selbst wenn die Bundeswehr über 53 A400M verfügen wird, besteht weiterhin Bedarf an einer solchen Ausbildungsabsetzmaschine. Die Fallschirmjäger führen mit den Gleitfallschirmen Tandem- und Nachtsprünge durch, sowohl mit als auch ohne Gepäck. Dabei sammeln sie ihre ersten Erfahrungen mit dieser neuen Maschine.
In 2017, four PZL Mielec M28 Skytrucks were acquired by the company PD Air Operation (Private Defense and Education Services GmbH), based in Magdeburg, for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The lease contract for these aircraft had been initiated several years earlier. PD Air Operation was responsible for procuring the M28s and training the crews.
At that time, the acquisition of the C-130 by the Bundeswehr was not yet under consideration. The M28 was seen as a readily available and cost-effective alternative to the A400M in the role of a drop aircraft for paratrooper training, especially since the C-160, which had previously performed this task, was nearing the end of its service life, and the A400M had not yet been fully certified for parachute drops.
Even in the future, when the Bundeswehr will have 53 A400Ms, there will still be a need for such a training drop aircraft. The paratroopers perform tandem and night jumps with gliding parachutes, both with and without gear, gaining their first experiences with this new aircraft.

Never ever ever walk under the prop even if the engine is off and props are not turning. It's a Sin! You always walk around it. If you are a crew chief on a plane or maintenance technician working in or around the plane its drilled into your brain from day one not to walk through the props and clear of any dangerous exhausts. Also, guy walking backwards facing the rear of the plane while the plane is backing up is another Sin. You walk beside it next to the wing or just front of it looking backwarda so that not only the pilot can see you but also you have clear view of the rear so that plane is clear of any objects in his path such as light poles. Additionally if you happens to trip while walking backwards and get knocked unconscious who's to say you won't get run over by the plane that's backing up. Awesome looking plane and love the video!

This is the An-14, its modification of soviet An-14 - An-14M, which became known as An-28 and was produced at PZL, and after the collapse of the USSR the PZL changed the engines and electronics and renamed the plane to M-28

My company almost bought two in 2012. What killed the deal was no ability to haul a fuel bladder. The Polish engineers at PZL were not willing to design an installation. Deck is too high to lift heavy cargo, not possible with a forklift, we thought maybe a small telextender would work on some items, but anytime there is empennage and lift equipment interaction, there can be serious damage. Otherwise bust your butt lift by several guys or build a ramp and install a winch in the airplane and drag an engine or whatever that way. Anyway, PZL wanted $8M for a Cold War AN28. Sikorski was their U.S. rep, and war plricing was in effect. Nice little airplane, but short sheeted on the cargo end. Our use was short unimproved strips supporting remote mining operations. Baby, there ain't anything out there anymore, other than C47s and Baslers. C82s and C119s are all used up, same with C46s. A few C54s and C118s, but that's not feasible anymore.

Zabijając inne dziedziny lotnictwa. Wiele projektów lotniczych w Polsce i nie tylko na polecenia z "cudownego" ZSRR zostało ręcznie wstrzymane i sterowane według swojego planu. Na przykład w Polsce zabito projekt naszego myśliwca naddźwiękowego TS-16 Grot bo się to towarzyszom nie spodobało. Wdrażano i nakazano produkować potworki takie jak M-15 Belphegor czyli odrzutowe gówno do oprysku bo tak sobie zażyczyło ZSRR....podobnie było też w motoryzacji w całym bloku wschodnim. Więc skończ pierdolić o niewdzięczności. Jest u nas żart o tym jak za komuny ZSRR kupował od nas węgiel i w zamian za to brali od nas mięso. Mieliśmy swoje projekty śmigłowców ale nam KAZANO produkować gówna z ZSRR i to wcale nie była przysługa. Mieliśmy swoich specjalistów lotniczych pomimo tego że przedwojennych inżynierów i inteligencje mordowało KGB. Pilotów tez nam nie szkoliliście ponieważ mieliśmy swoje ośrodki przedwojennej tradycji. Żałosne są te "przysługi" i dopóki ludzie tam w post sowieckim obozie koncentracyjnym nie poznają historii będą pierdolic takie bzdury.

Нам не нужен дикий национал сосед с извечным нытьём про потерянную когда-то империю. @@CanvasMS74 No need to invent. The USSR did not prohibit Poland and other "brothers" from having their own aviation industry. Neighboring Czechoslovakia also had its own, developed aviation industry. The number of serially produced aircraft was counted in the thousands.

@@Кочевник2503 Не понятно откуда вы взяли что поляки имеют права на Ан-28, который сам есть глубокой модификацией Ан-14 Пчелка, но это не есть глубокая модификация так как основые узлы и агрегаты не измененные, а основное что есть в самолете вообще осталось от Ан-14. Ан-3 не есть глубокой модернизацией Ан-2 так как замена двигателя никогда не считалась глубокой модернизацией, а некоторые самолеты выпускаются с разными типами двигателей изначально, тот же Пе-2 или B-737 или F-16

По сути, это новый самолет: в два раза больший вес, ТВД вместо поршневых двигателей, крыло, хвостовое оперение, экипаж из 2 пилотов, противообледенительная система, кран- балка и т.д. Поляки пошли еще дальше. Они сделали входную дверь и новые створки грузовой кабины (есть вариант со сдвижной рампой как на Ан-26), американские двигатели (1100 л/с), подфюзеляжный грузовой контейнер), увеличен взлетный вес с 6500 до 7500 кг и т.п.☝️

@@Кочевник2503 Поляки имеют права только на лицензированное производство этого самолета и все изменения и НИОКР а также ПРОИЗВОДСТВО самолета должно быть с одобрения с правообладателем на самолет КБ АНТОНОВа, чтобы самолет получил сертификацию, Поляки могут со своим чудищем М-15 Бельфегор делать все что хотят но не с М-28 так как этот самолет создали в СССР в КБ АНТОНОВА, в Украине, и он был и есть модификацией Ан-14 Пчелка, так как имеет основную конструкцию, КРЫЛО, слегка имененное, но то же самое. Все эти изменения что вы написали есть минорными и являются всего лишь модификацией самолета, которые сделаны с согласованием с КБ Антонов, даже не глубокой модификацией, вы наверное хотите чтобы было так как вы пишете но вам никак не получается увидеть в реальности что происходит.

Это и есть Ан-14, его модификация Ан-14М которая стала называтся Ан-28 и выпускалась на PZL а после развала СССР поляки поменяли двигатели и электронику на нем и переназвали на М-28
