The 5 people you are connecting with the most are the people that effects you the most. Living with toxic parents isn't just about "my dad doesn't give me permission to hang out with my friends" (not saying it didn't effect you. Just an example) it can be pretty heavy fights, gaslighting, violence and many more hard things to deal with. So, saying things like I can do this, I'm gonna leave anyway don't always work. Studying their behaviors is a great tip and it really works. It helps you to understand the madness.

Lately I’m in one of the darkest time i had experienced and i was gradually losing faith without even realising it, because I don’t have muslim friends around me who can inspire me.
