Thank you for your question Dee! It gave me a lot to consider, as well as condense (my professional life) into its most simple form. Woke this morning thinking there’s so much more i want to share! The videos are intended be a peaceful place with gentle reminders of things that matter. I learned through years of coaching that environment matters for mind, body, soul healing. Experiencing is huge! I’m considering doing more in-depth vlogging - during the week - where I’d simply share on key topics - book reviews etc - that tie into a greater understanding. Thoughts? 💭 💝

I hear you! Tommy has ultra fine skin and could never use a buff puff, not in any way. I use only the fine side very lightly after washing with hands and cleanser. imo Tommy couldn’t be near Retinol or RetinA either. But I turned him onto the vitamin C + Salicylic acid pads he loves.

Hi Melody, Great having you here! Thank you! I only use a few products and it took me a long time to figure out a color formula that works for everyday. 1. I have lash extensions done professionally mainly because I have very dry eyes and can’t use mascara or cleanser, as they aggravate my sensitive eyes. 2. Foundation is Forever by Dior 2CR, 3. blush is Bobbi Brown Peony, 4. concealer Tarte shape tape Light, 5. brow pencil Estee Lauder Brow Now dark brunette 6. Lips Tarte lip sculptor Rogue (mixed with chapstick for degrees of saturation). Takes under 5 minutes! I spend a lot more time on prepping my skin, as mentioned in this segment, and when I don’t my makeup fails! 😊

I hear you. The cosmetic industry has taught us that the skin around our eyes is different, but I started treating my whole face, including all around my eyes exactly the same and will say it’s been a huge improvement. So yes, the serums first and then a pea sized amount of RetinA blended with a dollop of Olay Night - massaging into your whole face and around your eyes. Or whatever products you love. Start sparingly when introducing a new product. 🩷 Let me know how it goes!
