I love the product, but I’m disappointed that I can’t keep my 20GB eSIM after upgrading from the iPhone 15 Pro to the 16 Pro. Losing USD 60 with no support from customer service feels frustrating, especially since I managed to keep the eSIM on my Samsung. It would be great if there were a way to carry over data plans across upgrades in the future!
