Can Lingochamp be used for children of all ages?
@DanandJoel3 ะถัะป ะฑาฑััะฝ
@@gangagowri4926 Having tried it with Anu, I think you can definitely try it with young children, perhaps starting with the exercise where you have to copy the English in animations (as in this video with the little red hen!) :) Thanks for your comment!
For a while there I forgot that Dan was wearing his son's hat and legit started thinking it was the style over there to wear hats that small LOL his son is so cute!!!

Legit did not realize that till I read ur comment.. Iโm at the very end lol
Dan, Anu is an absolute gem, what a sweet and smart boy. God bless your family and Joels of course. Teach him young, i speak 3 languages it's an amazing feeling.

Most malaysian chinese speak 3 languages (chinese mandarin, malay language and english) plus at least one or two additional chinese dialects (cantonese, hokkien, hakka, hainanese and others). When it becomes common, its nothing. Just the way of life.
It's so sweet how you call him "my love" and exchange kisses. I think both parents have to speak only English at home for children to become bilingual. Please keep teaching him English! I'm so grateful my parents taught me Korean. He has your language skills and I think I hear a hint of an English accent when he speaks English, so adorable.
My friend from England and I saw you that day while walking our puppy but we didnโt want to interrupt you guys. ๐

You are so blessed to have a loving and cute child. He's so adorable!

I'm not a professional or anything but I think that that Anu will understand and speak basic English if you communicate more in English because I have the experience growing up. I learn to communicate in basic Vietnamese from my mother and her relatives speaking with each other.
It's proven that if you isolate the language you want a kid to speak and pretend that you don't speak any other language at all, then the child will certainly learn it. It works! ๊ทธ๋ฆฌ๊ณ ์๋์ผ ๋๋ฌด ๊ท์ฌ์์!

I was just wondering why he would speak full on Korean with his kid if he wants him to know English. And then only when sitting down studying word by word. When instead he could naturally learn by dad only speaking English with him. Obviously I do understand dad lives and talks with everyone in Korean so it can be tough constantly swapping but that's the way to make sure kid gets the grammar and pronunciation right.

Such a sweet video. I love how Anu is just eating his snacks and being a kid and Dan is just working around it lol
What a beautiful little boy, but I think Dan wearing his son's cap makes him look like a big baby too!

Loool I was really enjoying the app and the AI teacher haha
Cuteness overload! ๐ Developing equal bilingual proficiency in children is hard. Usually, the living environment and everyday context win. So, of course, if you want Anu to have native speakerโs fluency in English, youโll need to compensate very deliberately with sustained exposure (such as to British TV kids programmes, and modelling. I know itโs easier said than done!)... Also observed in general that early years acquisition influences phonological accuracy in a crucial way, cos thatโs the hardest to correct later. Donโt get me wrong, Anuโs Korean accent is charming! I was thinking of communication with the grandparents and folks back in UK when you visit.
