Set this president and it will stream line the stream between broad questions and personal attention questions. As an Aquarius rising myself, my thoughts about Saturn ruling both the 1st and 12th house are that an Aquarian's path is that of spiritual progress. The spiritual progress is his greatest responsibility, status and success (Capricorn) and meant not just to transform his own life (1st) but also society at large (Aquarius).
