I really like that you clarified that Top-Pros can‘t really completely go off because of the competition. However, saying that people who don‘t need to rely on their physique for their life and income that they can and should go off completely from time to time is really good advice. Thank you Wesley!

Wes, I live in the US, particularly in the Midwest. I am not wealthy, so I have no access to a gym currently due to the quarantine. After we eventually get over this pandemic I plan on slowly building up my own gym. I think most people just want to be able to do some kind of training. I am so jealous of people who can train at home. I did start some long walks yesterday. I wish everyone who is quarantined and has no access to a gym the best. Folks don't let it get you down. I figure it might be 2 to 3 months which in the big picture is pretty small amount of time in your life.

It may not mean anything if you build gradually, quickly or have good genetics if you become a long term body builder because at the end of the day if you not using TRT you will end up having lower testosterone levels because of testes interference and your body will no longer be able to hold muscle. Stay natural and get off steroids be ause if you dont youll remember these words I've spoken and feel dispair!

Yashodeep Chauhan eat as much as you can and train as hard and heavy as possible. 3-4 exercises per muscle 3-4 sets no secrets there.
