Unlike many other youtube aviation reviewers, your videos aren't blandly bogged down in technicalities, condescending, or tiresome, but show your own authentic spirit and joyous energy--you're having fun while sharing your passion with the world, always kind to staff and crew (so often not the case elsewhere, sadly), and remain professional and unbiased without falling into pretentious snobbery. Dennis, you're the best flight/airline reviewer - you are without an equal! Great production values with footage & editing, fair evaluations of features of the flights and companies and I just love your traditions and rituals. And of course, your pajama reviews are superb! This one made me reminisce about my teenage adventures on QF1 - so exciting to board and head to the UK. But nothing would beat getting on QF2 to start the return trip home: hearing the Aussie accents after a few months of English and Scottish voice, though I adore them, would invariably start my tears flowing... I still have a few of your videos to view but keep up the fine work, sir - safe flying and, of course... happy travels!

@DennisBunnikTravels4 жыл бұрын
cheers mate. I know what you mean re the food - other airlines first class (and even Qatar business class) is fancier but I do like the homely comfort food vibe that Qantas has. The GoPro worked reasonably well - batter life is a bit ordinary and I'm still trying to work out where to hold it for pieces to camera but it's a lot more convenient than the big camera.
@PaulStewartAviation4 жыл бұрын
@@DennisBunnikTravels yep sorry I should have told you about the batterylife. I carry an external power bank with me so it's always on charge when I'm not using it. I really love the Qantas 'vibe' generally. I find the somewhat subservient nature of Emirates (in particular) a little unnerving so I prefer the friendly and more genuine interaction from QF crews. Odd, though, that they don't show you to your seat.
