Its really very nice lecture just want add on plant base Omega3 is not fully Omega3 its only has ALA and its very little quantity convert into EPA DHA as to complete Omega3 body requirements to get this Fish Oil supplements are best and cheap option as an add on Plant Based Omega3. Salmon fish is top of them as well as other fish. Please add on this while addressing.

7g moringa alone can meet the ORAC requirement per day. Tea of 1 clove and small amount of ginger is enough, turmeric in milk
