Youre welcome with more works of art..frankly I think that those lunch/snack boxes are produced somewhere else not in the flight kitchens..BA now sells these boxes,type of and they are produced by M & S..every body tries to save money especially on catering...look how the subsidiaries of European carriers, BA catering department, SAS,Iberia,Alitalia etcetc all vanished..bought up by Gate Gourmet or LSG..sad development..

am1966ath If these are subs of the airline then how do they become cheaper for the airline? From those I like Do & Co they cater for TK and OS. I feel they are somewhat better than others in quality and taste.

Obviously in Europe outsourcing is the word..gone with your own employees and your own kitchens..somebody else far away does the economy class meals/snack and transport them to your warehouse at the airport or your catering provider..in that way something is cheaper and your meal usually horrendous...now QR is a very rich airline with probably cheap employees from the Subcontinent( my theory)..money pinching were the airline can??

glad you enjoyed it Zuhair.. when it comes to these snack boxes they quality of ingredients are indeed good but oddly enough the "meat" types are usually a strange much with a flavor not to my liking, the vegetarian ones are usually much better (almost always a curry/cumin bean base). The accompanying dessert are usually very well made.

I personally is fond of the A 330 which I flew first time on THAI Bangkok-Singapore -Jakarta..I have flown the QR A330 also ..a great airplane.....the A 350 and the B 787 haven t flown with...

am1966ath you should try them out.. For the passenger I think the A350 is more comfortable specially in economy. The 787 is smaller and you do feel that when you see it in person. They are more suited for the airlines' balance book.

I have to travela a route which is served by these...long haul out of Europe...although mentally I m still in the B 747 age..I can t get over those majestic planes being replaced by the B 777 and B 787 or the A 350 s..

am1966ath analysts forsee a decline in demand all over the world in 2017. Even Tim Clark Co of Ek said "2017 will be a flat year for us"

Its always enjoyable to see your well made videos..I find it today a luxury to fly a wide body on short haul really...in Europe its only B 737 s and the A 320 s( in different shapes, A 319,321,318) when you fly short haul like London-Barcelona, London-Paris or Stockholm-Amsterdam..when Lufthansa introduced the Airbus A 300 B4 in 1977 on European/German routes it was a sensation.................those sandwiches they give you on trips up to 3hrs in Europe also..Qatar airways is indeed a regal airline....

am1966ath As compared to us/euro there is no comparison actually. This particular route has been serviced at one point or another by any one of the aircraft in their fleet except the A380 and A319CJ. There is a market but for how long?

am1966ath indeed. The quality of QR snack boxes is very good but they fall behind in taste, particularly the meat filled snacks as they are usually a much. The vegetarian option is better given more spices.
